Our sharehaouse are fully furnished with furniture and appliances necessary for daily life, so you can start living right away with only one suitcase. Q How can I view the room?
Please make a reservation through the inquiry form. We will pick you up at the nearest station and guide you to the house. However, for rooms that are "scheduled to be vacant," you will not be able to view the individual rooms as they are still occupied. You will be able to view them once the room changes from "scheduled to be vacant" to "vacant." Please let us know in advance if you would like a friend or family member to accompany you on the viewing. As this is a women-only share house, no men, including family members, can accompany you. Q: Can I apply for a contract without viewing the property?
A. In principle, we ask that you view the property before applying. However, for those who are unable to view the property because they live overseas or in a remote location, we will provide an online viewing.
Q: Can foreign nationals apply?
A: Foreign nationals can apply. However, they will need to submit a copy of their residence card and a copy of their passport.
Q I'm interested in a Japanese-style room. Can you let me know only if a Japanese-style room becomes available?
A. Yes. If a Japanese-style room becomes available, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Japanese-style rooms, which can only be experienced in Japan, are very popular with foreign guests.
Q. What are the initial costs?

Q. How is the rent paid?
A. The rent for the following month will be transferred by the 27th of each month.
Q: Are there any rules in the share house?
A: Yes. In addition to complying with the contents of the contract, our share house has written rules such as "residential regulations" and "things that are prohibited while living in the house" to ensure that everyone can relax and enjoy their stay comfortably.
Q: There are common areas on the first and second floors. Can I use both?

Q: Who will be cleaning and taking out the trash?
A: Residents and HeartShare will alternate between cleaning and taking out the trash, and the duties will rotate. Depending on the number of residents, you can expect to be on duty once every 1 to 2.5 months.
Q Will there be noise from other residents' daily lives?
A. Since it is communal living, there will inevitably be noise from daily life. For example, if you live with your family, there will be noise from the family's daily life. Q: Are there any additional costs when I move out?
A: The cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit and refunded one month after you move out.
